We have an interface through which private investors can access information about their Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management accounts via this web-site called Online Relationship Management (ORM). Am I eligible for ORM? The service is available to clients who use our Managed Portfolio, Asset & Pension Management service and enables them to see details of their main account, plus any linked Accounts. Our application forms ask the client to select ORM and state who else should be given access. Assets are shown if they are held within our custody facilities. What will I see? In the first phase, we currently provide a full valuation and transaction history, along with account details and portfolio distribution. Over time we will add to the service based on the feedback we recieve from you. It is designed to provide the information you want, when you want it, in a straightforward, yet comprehensive way. If I use ORM, will I lose the personal relationship that I have built with my investment team? No. We view electronic communication as a fast and flexible way of developing the flow of factual data between ourselves and our clients - it can never be a replacement for the availability of a trusted team of people who are familiar with all aspects of your requirements. We see reducing the amount of paper flow involved in investing as an ideal opportunity to increase the bespoke aspects of our service to you. What happens now?
